1. The Mission Continues in Con Dao

On 11–12 September 2026, Animal Doctors International (ADI) returned to Con Dao for our third Mobile Clinic visit of the year, continuing our commitment to bringing high-quality, international-standard veterinary care closer to pets and their families in island communities.

This latest mission was made possible through the close collaboration of the ADI veterinary team, Laws For Paws Vietnam and Six Senses Con Dao, coming together with a shared commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of the local pet community.

Over two days, the team provided veterinary care for 50 cases, including 42 health check-ups with vaccinations and parasite prevention, as well as 8 sterilisation procedures.

2. Preventive Care: The Foundation of Long-Term Pet Health

For island communities, access to comprehensive veterinary services can sometimes present additional challenges. This is why the ADI Mobile Clinic places a strong focus on preventive and proactive veterinary care, alongside treatment.

Regular health check-ups can help identify potential health concerns early, while vaccinations and parasite prevention play an important role in protecting pets from common health risks and supporting their long-term wellbeing.

3. Sterilisation for a Healthier Community

Alongside essential health checks and preventive care, sterilisation is an important part of responsible animal welfare and population management.

The 8 sterilisation procedures carried out during this mission contributed to reducing the risk of unplanned litter and supporting more responsible pet ownership, helping build a healthier and more sustainable animal community in Con Dao.
