ADI is growing – and we are seeking a proactive and motivated Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our team and help us build our sourcing, purchasing, and logistics operations from the ground up.

Reporting to our Clinical Director, you will be responsible for planning and executing logistics programs, developing supply chains and facilities, executing warehouse and transportation operations, processing orders, and managing inventory across all our locations. You will also be responsible for sourcing products from Vietnam and other countries, working with our established international suppliers, and managing customs clearances and licensing procedures.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with responsibility, willing to get in the trenches and be hands-on working in an industry that isn’t highly developed, often doing things for the first time.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our veterinary hospitals across all locations and countries, from creating software to managing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy across all hospital locations and countries, identifying areas for improvement and driving change
• Create, design, and develop software systems and applications to meet hospital needs and improve patient care
• Implement and manage CRM systems to ensure efficient customer service and communication with clients
• Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, IP phones, and email, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive client engagement and loyalty
• Train and support hospital staff on digital tools and systems, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting as needed
• Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to identify technology-related needs and opportunities, and develop and implement solutions to improve operations and patient care
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital space, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation
• Strong experience in software development, CRM implementation, and IT management
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive change in a dynamic environment
• Experience working in the veterinary or healthcare industry is a plus
